These are an occasional series of email based groups that allow customers to discuss operational issues and for us to consult with customers.  Working groups are typically created to address a specific problem or to produce one or more specific deliverables (e.g. a process change).  Working groups are generally expected to be short-lived in nature.  Upon completion of its goals and achievement of its objectives, the working group is terminated.

These are distinct from Policy Working Groups, which are created by the Policy Advisory Body to consult on policy issues.
