As a Nominet accredited ENUM registrar you are encouraged to display the ENUM accreditation logo on your web site and printed materials. This logo is only available to ENUM registrars.
You do not have an automatic right to use our trade marks, which include our logo. However, you can apply to use the accrediation logo if you meet the following criteria:-
The logo is currently available in portrait and landscape versions.
If you would like to use the ENUM accreditation logo on your web site, or in printed form, and you agree to the Terms of Use and the AUP, you can apply through your online service account.
When your application has been conditionally accepted, we will send you a file containing the ENUM accreditation logo and guidelines for usage. We will check after 14 days to see that you are correctly displaying the logo.
If you do not have a licence you are only allowed to use the Nominet trade marks (i.e. the name NOMINET and the logo) in the ways permitted under the Trade Marks Act 1994. Naturally you should take your own legal advice on this matter, but essentially the Trade Marks Act 1994 allows you to refer to Nominet to explain who we are, what we do and the obligations that registrants enter into when they register a domain name with us etc. It does not allow you to use our name in your commercial activities, nor are you allowed to put our logo on your web site or other printed matter.
The use of our corporate logo, trade mark applications numbers 2397385 and 2397386 are reserved exclusively for our own use.
