Best Practice Challenge Terms and conditions
Entries close on Friday 3 April 2009. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
There is no entry fee.
Your entry should be no more than 1,000 words. You may include tables, photographs and graphs to illustrate your points. You may provide additional materials to support your entry, which we will pass on to the judges in the event that you are shortlisted. However, the judges are not obliged to take additional materials into account in their decision making.

If you choose to send your entry by email or by post please ensure you include your completed
entry form (Word doc). Please note that all entry material is non-returnable.
By accepting your entry, we are not implying endorsement of your organisation, products or services.
You must be authorised to enter your organisation into the Best Practice Challenge.
It is your responsibility to provide the relevant information to support your entry. Entries will become the property of Nominet and will not be returned.
There will be no feedback on entries which are not shortlisted.
One winner will be chosen from each category.
Details of all winning entries will be included in a press release and copies will be made available to the media.
The judges' decision is final. There will be no appeals.
We reserve the right to audit any or all information supplied by you and you agree to assist us in any such audit in every way possible.
If you knowingly provide false information on your application we reserve the right to withdraw any award to you or your organisation, to publicise the withdrawal, and present the award to another applicant.
Entry does not grant you rights to use Nominet's name or the Best Practice Challenge logo or images without the express written approval of Nominet. Winners may be granted permission to use an Awards logo for a limited period to promote their achievement. The Awards name, logo, and images are copyright of Nominet.
